**52lb Common from Oxlease Lake**

We've had a phone call from Linear regular, Linzi Fisher letting us know that she had the big common at just over 52lb from Oxlease Lake over the weekend. We didn't catch the exact weight but if it's over 52lb that will be a new complex record for Linear, in fact that will make the last two Linear records have fallen to lady anglers! More details and photos when we receive them.

**Swim Update 5:30pm**

Not much point putting numbers up today as although there are a handful of swims free, the site is as good as full. Please don't travel down this evening or first thing in morning. There are anglers due off from midday tomorrow onwards except B-2 where most are paid until Sunday and Hardwick/Smiths which doesn't re-open until about 2pm Sunday.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We had expected this weekend to be quieter with people taking their children away at the start of the summer holidays, unfortunately this doesn't seem tom be the case. We will of course put another update on the page tomorrow afternoon.

**Swim Update**

I can't remember ever having to put up a post like this before but the site is almost full, with probably no more than 10 swims currently free across the site. If your thinking of coming down first thing tomorrow it's recommended that you don't rush and get down for late morning. There are quite a few anglers only down for 24-hours, so plenty of swims should free up tomorrow from midday onwards. Sorry for any inconvenience this has or may have cause anyone. Posted at just gone 8pm Friday.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but unfortunately it is out of our hands.

**News Update**

We've just seen the photos of the forty out of St. Johns and it wasn't the Small Plated, nor was it the Big Plated. It was a heavily, almost linear scaled mirror that was witnessed by anglers fishing just down for the angler who caught it. The photos weren't amazing but if they get sent through we'll post them.

I also forget to mention that the "The Big Common" was caught at the end of last week at 47lb, that's the third different 47lb plus carp caught from St. Johns this year!

General

**Four 40's landed in the last 48-Hours**

The Small Plated has been out of St. Johns at a spawned out weight of 41lb.

On Manor Farm Lake "The Pretty One" has been caught at just over forty along with "Spike" who was caught by one of the tench anglers at low forty. And after becoming one of the hardest fish in the lake to catch in recent years, "Kempy's Linear" has been out again and yes before you ask she was caught by a tench angler for the third capture in a row. More details and photos when we receive them.
