Gift vouchers

Linear Fisheries have a range of Gift Vouchers that can be used to pay for your fishing at any of our waters. (If the vouchers are being purchased as a gift, please include a copy of the Terms & Conditions below with the voucher).

Vouchers are available in the following values: £5, £10, £20, £50 and £100.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. No change will be given - If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the voucher(s), the difference can be made up with a cash or card payment. If it is less, then change cannot be given.

2. Linear Fisheries Gift Vouchers are only redeemable against fishing on our day ticket and syndicate waters (excluding part payment on the Syndicate Direct Debit Scheme). (Paper gift vouchers cannot be used for on-line booking payments).

3. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.

4. Multiple Gift Vouchers may be redeemed in the same transaction up to the value of the goods being purchased.

5. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Gift Vouchers must be submitted to the fishery bailiff upon request.

7. Gift Vouchers will expire on the date marked on the voucher (24 months from the date of purchase). Gift Vouchers presented after their expiry date will be treated as void and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

8. Please treat Gift Vouchers as cash in terms of security. Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.

9. Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.

10. Linear Fisheries Oxford (Ltd) reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.

11. Linear Fisheries Oxford (Ltd) reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the voucher if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
